Synopsis

This is the story of how a whole Irish family were wrongly accused by the British of being IRA bombers . A 13 year old boy Patrick Maguire, who was thrown into an adult prison as a bombeR is at the centre of this incredible true story. This innocent family became known as the Maguire 7 . The mother of the family, Annie Maguire, was baking in her kitchen when the British police stormed her family home. After being falsely convicted by the British establishment, her house was described by the British press as “Auntie Annie’s Bomb Making Factory“. It was only years later, after the British Prime Minister Tony Blair issued an apology, that the full tragedy of this Great British Injustice became clear.
